Keiton Equipment Inc. is looking to for a Full-Time office Interim Project Liaison to oversee property development projects within the surrounding area

Duties:

This job includes, but is not limited to, the following:

·         Aid in the development of a business plan

·         Schedule and prioritize meetings with potential contractors, engineers and investors

·         Research available financing options for commercial property development and complete required applications

·         Perform administrative support functions such as customer relations, answering phone calls, data management, creating reports drafting correspondence and preparing basic financial projections

·         Collect data related to project, note taking and other clerical duties

·         Resolve work related problems

·         Provide necessary updates to all parties involved in project

Qualifications:

·         1 year experience in Business Administration and or/Office Administration

·         Ability to work under pressure and with minimum supervision

·         Proficient in Microsoft Office and other software

Classification: Full Time, 40 hours per week

Salary: $30/hr
