We are looking for an Office Supervisor to oversee administrative tasks in our office to ensure smooth business operations.
Duties:
This job includes, but is not limited to, the following:
· Supervise and coordinate the daily activities and operations of the office
· Manage accounts payable & receivable
· Schedule and prioritize office activities to meet operating requirements
· Determine, plan and direct work flow
· Develop and monitor internal controls
· Perform administrative support functions such as customer receptions, answering phone calls, data management, creating reports, drafting correspondence and preparing basic financial accounts
· Payroll
· Develop and maintain filing system and customer files
· Manage office supplies and inventory controls
· Resolve work related problems
· Provide necessary training, guidance and motivation to staff
Qualifications:
· Minimum high school graduate, preferable college diploma or training in business or related field
· 1 year experience as office supervisor or office administrative assistant
· Ability to work under pressure and with minimum supervision
· Proficient in Microsoft Office and other software
