ABOUT THE JOB:
- Sort, verify and code incoming field level generated time sheets / weekly progress updates from Contractors and Owners Field Supervision
- Perform data coalition duties with the provided time sheet information
- Maintain filing and records systems
- Prepare reports for review (variance reports on forecast vs. actual hours identified by clients)
- Review invoices for details and provide to management for approvals (purchase orders, layout matches contract submission requirements, verify submissions reflect tracking form totals of the field level)
- Assist with month end closing (forecasting cost based upon data collection reports)
- Provide supporting documentation for audits as needed
- Perform other related duties as required that relate to specifics of role
- Prepare hand off notes for cross shift prior to departing site at end of rotation
MINIMUM
QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION:
- Two (2) years of related experience
- Education: College Diploma in the related field of study is considered an asset, but not a requirement
- Friendly, outgoing and excellent customer service skills
- Ability to work independently, as well as on a team
- Computer Knowledge of Microsoft Office suite of programs (emphasis on outlook, excel, and word)
- Must be fully vaccinated
