Reporting to the Public Works Supervisor, the successful candidate will:

• Be responsible for operating tools, vehicles, and equipment in a safe and appropriatemanner in order to perform required and assigned duties; and
• Be an effective team member whose contributions will assist in the achievement ofdepartmental objectives.

Required education and work experience:

• Minimum of a Grade 12 education in Ontario or equivalent;
• Valid class “D” licence with “Z” (Air Brake) endorsement and satisfactory drivingrecord; and
• Three years of directly related experience.
