John Wlad & Sons Construction Ltd. is currently accepting applications for the position of

310T/ Heavy Equipment Mechanic 

Positions Requirements

-         Valid red Seal 310T/Heavy Equipment Mechanic

-         Minimum 3 years Experience

-         Experience with Kenworth, Caterpillar, Komatsu

-         Diagnose and make repairs

-         Able to take direction

-         Able to work alone

-         Ensure all work activities are carried out in compliance with Health and Safety Policies and Procedures

-         Available after hours and weekend service calls

Work Environment

-         Work in various conditions including heat, humidity, rain, dust, noise, cold

Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities

-         Fast-paced environment, work under pressure and deadlines, repetitive tasks, heavy lifting, physically demanding, manual dexterity, attention to detail, ability to keep accurate records.

-         Flexibility to work different shifts/hours as required, team player who is willing to help in all areas when needed, Excellent oral and written communication, Dependable, ability to analyze situations quickly and make prompt, sound decisions using good judgement,
