The key goals of the passport program are to:
Foster independence by building on each individual's abilities and developing community participation, social and daily living habits
Increase opportunities for participation in the community with supports that respect personal choices and decision making, and help people achieve their goals
Promote social inclusion and broaden social relationships through the use of community resources and services available  in the community

Qualifications:
Diploma in DSW, 2 year diploma in social services with a minimum of 2 years related experience
Prurient in French as required as per the Association's French language service policy
Ability to fully communicate in sign language
Excellent organizational and planning skills
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Ability to build good rapport with the individuals
Experience and understanding the individual support plan
Valid drivers license, clean driving record and three years of driving experience
Ability to swim

Shifts: Evenings, weekends, and split shifts depending on the needs of the individuals
Hours of work: Varied
Wage: as per the collective agreement
