Position Overview
The Campground Office Administrator plays a central role in front-office operations and daily campground oversight.
This is not just a front desk role. In addition to guest service and administrative work, this position helps monitor property standards through washroom checks, rental cleaning audits, snack shack cleaning audits, and department metrics tracking.
For the right candidate, this role may offer future growth into a management position based on performance, leadership ability, and return from season to season.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome and check in campers and guests
- Process reservations, payments, and daily transactions accurately
- Answer phone calls, emails, and guest inquiries professionally
- Handle guest concerns calmly and respectfully
- Enforce campground policies consistently
- Conduct washroom inspections and complete light touch-up cleaning when needed between scheduled cleans
- Complete rental cleaning audits before guest arrival and post-stay
- Complete snack shack cleaning audits
- Review department reports and flag concerns
- Track and complete weekly departmental KPI sheets
- Communicate operational issues to management promptly
- Support daily coordination between departments as needed

• Ability to accept feedback and maintain a professional attitude when addressing operational issues
This is a structured, accountability-based role. It is best suited for someone who is dependable, observant, and not afraid to speak up when something is not up to standard.
Requirements
- Weekend availability (rotates)
- Strong customer service and administrative skills
- Comfortable using digital systems and checklists
- Employment conditional upon satisfactory Criminal Record Check
Compensation
• Competitive Hourly wage of $22
